The technical monitoring reports aim to verify Ele.C.Tra test effectiveness during the experimentation period. It describes the pilot action in detail including monitoring parameters, policies in place, achievements and obstacles. It is going to provide materials for the pilot evaluation post operam (technical specific data, framework conditions, foreseen development after the pilot test…) and for the Electra model tuning.

Current mobility and network of Florence, contents a summary about current demand flows, surveys results, infrastructural and transport services network for the City of Florence, in consistence with the survey model and in order to highlight sustainable mobility issues and benefits.

The operative plan for sustainable mobility model application is the main tool that defines the pilot test year for Florence:

  • Activities to do (WHAT?)
  • Operative actions to do (HOW?)
  • Target group who actions are addressed to (FOR WHOM?)
  • Deadlines (WHEN?)
  • PPs in charge (WHO?)
 

This report includes the identification of the different set of users incentives linked to an electric scooter sharing service that is possible to implement in Florence. It collects information related to economic advantages, reserved spaces for electric scooters and similar incentives.

Local analysis review, finalized to highlight a more in-depth analysis that will be carried out in order to choose and tune all aspects suitable for the City of Florence: identification of city pilot characteristics in terms of charging points, parking places, pick-up and delivery points, public transport, stakeholders involvement, coordination with renewable energy systems and other relevant aspects.
