The kick off meeting of Ele.C.Tra project was held in 22nd and 23rd of July 2013 in Genoa at the Berio library. The meeting was followed by representatives from all project partners, specifically, the City of Genoa (as coordinator), TBridge, the City of Florence, SC RELIANS CORP SRL, Agencia d'Ecologia Urbana de Barcelona, Malta Intelligent Energy Management Agency, AVMap GIS S.A., Municipality of Murcia, City of Skopje, City of Zagreb and Exacto – Sociedade de Estudos e Planeamento, Lda.

The project Coordinator invited all Participants to focus on the activities of the first project months: contents and goal of tasks, organization within each task, phases breakdown, deliverables, changes after the negotiation and relationships for mutual co-operation and scheduling of each task.

Moreover, the intent of the meeting was to have a detailed knowledge of the next steps for achieving the goals of the project in particular about the role, deadlines, governance and coordination strategy.

The scope of the meeting was to let the Partners better understand which would be their role, in terms of strategy, tasks and responsibility.
