National Support Group in Portugal, 1st meeting

The 1st NSG meeting in Portugal was held on 21st of April 2014 at the Lisbon City Hall. Representatives of public adiministration, civil society and business sector discussed about the potential target users of the motorcycle sharing system, the major drawbacks and difficulties that the project needs to cope with and the project’s potential and future advantages.

The speakers raised questions concerning what type of travel is the system targeting and who are the main competitors to the electric vehicles sharing system. The second part of the discussion consisted of the project's drawbacks: lack of information and the people’s attitude concerning the “sharing” part of the project. The meeting was finished with a promising speech on the project's perspectives.
