Ele.C.Tra. project has important common characteristics with the Smart City model, that promotes a virtuous process including economy, environment, people, living and governance and sustainable mobility in urban areas.The objective of the “Replication Plan” is to ease the replication and transferability of the project model in other European urban areas.

This report serves as a tool to highlight all national and regional events (regional events, NSG meetings etc), which were organized by city of Zagreb or to which city of Zagreb has just participated presenting the Ele.C.Tra project, throughout the project’s lifetime.

This activity shall provide the non-pilot cities with an in-depth training on how to set up e-light vehicle systems, giving a short overview of lessons learned during the project and finalised by the development of a feasibility study for each of the non-pilot cities.

The report briefly describes the results of Surveys Post-operam Operative plan.

 

The deliverable is based on previous activities and provides information for every city to apply a similar system in every non-pilot area, as well as instructions on how to apply the system, when to begin non-pilot e-scooter systems e-light vehicle services promoted by EleCTra and who to involve in this activity in every local system.

This deliverable includes a short analysis, systematization of non-pilot cities peculiarities, based on analysis and model calibration. It also identifies local issues that could hinder the model implementation for every context involved, especially paying attention to the overview of the current issues for Ele.C.Tra. implementation and what has already been done (e.g. signed agreements and NSG contact lists).

This deliverable refers to the Model executive planning Report and includes a comparison between test results and aims planned and solutions to optimize the model and to resolve problems and issues of the pilot actions.

The deliverable shall provide more information on the e-light vehicle system, main goals and weaknesses of promoted services, the marketing strategy, financial guidelines and recommendations for the future transferability of the model as well as the  main aspects about the longterm expansion of the model beyond the pilot cities.

 

This deliverable identifies how much energy is produced during the project by innovative and renewable sources that can be included in the Ele.C.Tra model and services that are supported by local/regional/national initiatives.

This deliverable shall highlight for each pilot city involved the main elements and assumptions to carry out the surveys about the situation at the end of the project tests. The deliverable shall provide answers to the HOW,WHERE and WHEN to do the surveys, at the same time taking into account the number of interviews to be conducted and the manner of identifying the subsamples types and size.

The surveys shall be conducted in the pilot cities of Genova, Firenze and Barcelona.

 

Current mobility and network of Zagreb, contents a summary about current demand flows, surveys results, infrastructural and transport services network for the City of Zagreb, in consistence with the survey model and in order to highlight sustainable mobility issues and benefits.
