The deliverable is based on previous activities and provides information for every city to apply a similar system in every non-pilot area, as well as instructions on how to apply the system, when to begin non-pilot e-scooter systems e-light vehicle services promoted by EleCTra and who to involve in this activity in every local system.

This deliverable includes a short analysis, systematization of non-pilot cities peculiarities, based on analysis and model calibration. It also identifies local issues that could hinder the model implementation for every context involved, especially paying attention to the overview of the current issues for Ele.C.Tra. implementation and what has already been done (e.g. signed agreements and NSG contact lists).
