On Friday, 31.10.2014 within the Ele.C.Tra project activities and supported by the Mayor of the City of Skopje Mr.Koce Trajanovski  a Group of Support regarding electro mobility in Skopje was established.

The main goal of the Group of Support is to promote, support and implementation of effective measures for the introduction of electro mobility in the city.

Members of the City of Skopje’s Group of Support are individuals and institutions dedicated to setting of the City of Skopje on the map of healthy cities that develop measures for healthy environment, sustainable development and new and high quality of life for its citizens.

In particular, on the initial meeting of the Group of Support were representatives of the ministries (Ministry of Economy, Bureau of Metrology, Ministry of Transport and Communications), state faculties (Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, Faculty of Electrical Engineering), city technical high schools "Vlado Tasevski" and "Boro Pertushevski ", public enterprises, distributors of vehicles, specialized media (Avto+ Magazine), NGOs and foundations (EMKICE, Electro mobility, MACEF, Center for innovation).

This meeting discussed the steps that were taken so far in the field of the electro mobility in Skopje, Republic of Macedonia, and it resulted with many innovative ideas and suggestions for improving the situation in the field of electro-mobility in the future, and with the signing of the Agreements for participation in Group of Support of the City of Skopje and Ele.C.Tra project and the Memorandum of understanding for Ele.C.Tra project realization and introducing electro mobility in Skopje.
