The 3rd technical meeting of Ele.C.Tra project was held in 21st and 22nd of January 2015 in Florence at Palazzo di Parte Guelfa and it was organized by Comune di Firenze. A total of 18 representatives from all project partners participated in the meeting and focused on the progress of working packages and the next steps both at technical and administrative level.
In the first day the team concentrated on the progress overview of WP 4, 5, 6 and 7. Genoa, Barcelona and Florence presented the involved stakeholders in the pilot cities according to the Memorandums of Understanding and the first results deriving from the pilot experiments. They also discussed on their European networking. TBridge described the non-pilot and non-partner involvement, according to the project indicators. The other partners from non-pilot cities Skopje, Suceava, Malta, East Attica, Zagreb and Lisbon, presented the involved stakeholders in their cities. Moreover, AVMap presented the tasks foreseen under WP7 and their progress so far. The draft versions of the web-GIS platform and the mobile application were also a matter of discussion by AVMap and Murcia correspondingly.
The second day of meeting was focused on the implementation of the WP1 tasks. In specific, partner Genoa delivered a detailed presentation regarding the report on networking activities (D7.7) and regarding the financial aspects of the Intermediate Report. TBridge on the other hand, presented the technical aspects of the Intermediate Report. Both partners referred to the next technical and administrative steps. The meeting ended with a general discussion on open issues concerning technical reporting .
