7th Zagreb Energy Week

In the spirit of maintaining a seven-year City of Zagreb tradition, the 7th Zagreb Energy Week was held from May 9 – 14, 2016. During this Week an international conference entitled „Towards a sustainable Energy Union“ was held on May 11 and 12, 2016 in the City of Zagreb Old City Hall.

The conference included the participation of EU representatives and the representatives of Croatian institutions who discussed the following topics: How to reach Europe's energy targets? – Challenges and opportunities, Unlocking the potentials of sustainable energy projects, Innovative financial instruments for EU energy transition, Urban energy refurbishment, local communities in the process of energy sustainable development and Cooperation models of public and private sectors for the sustainable development projects.  The Ele.C.Tra project was presented as part of the panel „Local communities in the process of energy sustainable development“.
